Training Courses We hold both private and public courses regularly. Our training courses will help you develop the skills required to tackle complex problems efficiently and independently. At the same time you will get hands-on experience of driving the software: from structuring, all the way to analysing the results. Course Structure In general, courses are structured around real world problems as this increases absorption and active participation. The courses demonstrate all processes from understanding MCDA through to structuring real problems, analysis and robustness testing.

In particular, the OnBalance and HiPriority courses provide the essentials of MCDA, the theory upon which our products are founded. Moreover, focus is placed on user issues of the software so that attendees feel confident in their ability to start modelling once they complete the course. Finally, a large part of the course is devoted to real cases and further analytical issues, such as sensitivity and robustness analyses.

Private Courses Our courses can always be tailored to meet particular needs. This is valuable for organizations wishing to utilize MCDA as the core of new processes. Thus, if you plan to use our products on specific problems, we can accommodate your material and deliver a tailored course

This will concentrate on nuances of MCDA, problem structuring and process design.
