| Gaining Krysalis Accreditation
The aim of the Krysalis accreditation programme is to develop a team of professionals with expertise in using the Krysalis toolset to aid organisations with their decision-making and prioritisation. These professionals could either provide the services to clients direct or work in conjunction with Krysalis.
In order to become a 'preferred' consultant for OnBalance or HiPriority, Krysalis requires that you become fully 'accredited'. You can however, become part accredited according to your area of expertise and intended level of application.
On completion, you will be issued with a certificate, which will confirm your competence in the use of OnBalance and HiPriority as well as your ability to provide effective Decision support to a client.
The programme is in 5 parts with support and mentoring during and a month after your final session. You should expect the full accreditation process to take between 3 and 6 months.
