How to start

You will find Krysalis very responsive to requests and quick to implement. However we would council a slow methodical approach to be very certain of what you require before commissioning the project. We work in phased fixed price projects to deliver value early.

There are very rich and flexible features in the products and we frequently find that wishes have already been satisfied; it is just that you need to think mapping the problem in a different way.

We would recommend that you first use our standard packages to gain an in depth understanding and potentially some mentoring to understand even the subtler nuances. You could then commission a PES as a means of investigating the problem before embarking on the customization journey. The PES will be used to specifically agree enhancements, or to test the limits of the current software.

Once the need is identified we will work with you to define the specification. At each stage of the specification we will simulate or mock up the screens to ensure there is agreement before moving on.
