Case Study I

We have recently completed a project for Different By Design, a fast growing consultancy that concentrates on introducing innovation in process for the Nuclear, Defence and associated industries.

After using OnBalance and HiPriority for almost a year they decided to commission their own branded and customized versions designed to fit their D2O process. Changes to product name, splash screens and Process diagram helped create a brand, link various documents around the process and embed the structure of the D2O process into the software.

At the same time we incorporated many of their good ideas into the standard software thus improving the cost effectiveness of the customization.

DBD now have the ability to offer an integrated service of consultancy, software and training. Although their version is compiled separately it still conforms to the structure of the standard software so they can take advantage of any minor enhancements or bug fixes put in the core product.
