Starting a new decision

Over the next few screens you will be guided through building a model of the decision you are about to make. You will:

  • identify alternative courses of action and the important differences between them
  • compare these alternative courses of action against the differentiators and finally
  • establish how much each differentiator impacts your choice

You will then be shown an initial indication as to your best choice, from where you can make minor adjustments and save your data for further use and exploration.
